About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Partnerships team and contribute to our mission to simplify and improve lives in the region.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Monitor program performance, identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase new members subscription.
  • Design and develop insightful dashboards for performance tracking and engagement trends growth patterns.
  • Synthesize analysis to drive business intelligence via recommendations for action.
  • Assess A/B test experiments to boost program growth.
  • Manage stakeholders and provide insights on data related to subscriptions.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create user segments for personalized tests.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence tools, building reports and dashboards.
  • Experience with customer analytics, attribution and monetisation.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Google tech stack. Python is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Big Data technologies (eg. Hive, Spark, Presto, Athena, Big Query) is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge and strong track record working with CRM data.
  • Experience with data warehouse and data marts.
