Sales and Business Development Representative

As a Sales and Business Development professional, you will play a crucial role in driving adoption of our B2B trading platform by meeting businesses on-site, showcasing our digital solution, and guiding users through onboarding.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Additionally, they should be tech-savvy with the ability to learn digital platforms quickly and have a proven track record of meeting sales or acquisition targets.

We are seeking a motivated individual who can conduct in-person visits to target buyers and sellers, pitch platform features and benefits, assist with on-site registration, deliver basic product training, and resolve initial queries.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for gathering user feedback and sharing market insights internally, as well as maintaining accurate activity, leads, and registration records in CRM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits to meet with target buyers and sellers
  • Pitch platform features and benefits to potential customers
  • Assist with on-site registration and deliver product training
  • Resolve customer queries and concerns
  • Gather user feedback and share market insights

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor's in Business/Marketing preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Tech-savvy with ability to learn digital platforms quickly
  • Proven track record of meeting sales or acquisition targets
  • Fluent in Urdu; basic English proficiency
