Advocacy Communications Specialist

The role of Advocacy & Communication Officer is a crucial part in our organization, where you will be responsible for developing and designing communication materials, conducting research, and creating reports. This position requires exceptional writing and communication skills, as well as proficiency in computer use.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Design Communication Materials: Create promotional materials such as leaflets, brochures, policy briefs, and other visibility tools to effectively communicate our message.
- Conduct Research and Document Findings: Conduct research on public health areas and document findings in briefs, papers, or reports to aid in decision-making and sharing with stakeholders.
- Create Reports and Analyses: Prepare program/project-related documents, including customized reports and analyses, as needed.
- Represent the Organization: Actively contribute to planning, development, and designing communication materials, represent the organization in advocacy working groups, meetings, workshops, seminars, training, and briefing sessions.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in a relevant field from a reputable university.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Exceptional writing and strong communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in computer use, especially MS Office.
- Energetic, team-oriented, with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Strong work ethics and values.
