Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute a minimum of 4 to 6 Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Resuscitation Skills Courses per month, with meticulous attention to detail to guarantee 100% course arrangements are complete.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all courses, workshops, and trained students, adhering to our rigorous standards.
  • Coordinate the completion of paperwork for AHA-certified courses, ensuring timely submission to relevant authorities.
  • Perform operational tasks with precision, including venue selection, instructor management, classroom organization, refreshments, IT equipment setup, and course materials printing, achieving an 80% effectiveness rate.
  • Maintain an updated summary report of departmental activities and budget, showcasing your organizational skills.
  • Compile monthly and annual activity reports, providing valuable insights into our operations.
  • Manage data on course fees deductions for registered/attended candidates and petty cash transactions.
  • Procure department stationery and print certificates for local courses, demonstrating your resourcefulness.
  • Promote effective communication through telephonic and reception interactions, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the department, mannequins, and equipment, reflecting your commitment to excellence.
