Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll serve as a subject matter expert for technical and functional solutions across Microsoft platforms.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of all Dynamics 365 CE modules, including earlier versions. You'll also be proficient in Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, and RPA. Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus are also a must.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Serve as SME for technical and functional solutions across Microsoft platforms
  • Stay updated with Dynamics 365 & Power Platform features
  • Lead knowledge-sharing forums and communities
  • Design domain-specific implementations, promoting out-of-the-box functionalities
  • Identify training needs, coach team members, and reduce skill gaps
  • Develop industry-specific solution offerings to differentiate the market
  • Exceed customer expectations in knowledge, skills, and behavior

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of all Dynamics 365 CE modules, including earlier versions
  • Strong implementation experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, RPA)
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle, release management, data migration, and go-live support
  • Experience working with offshore teams and in Agile environments
  • Knowledge of marketing products such as Click Dimensions or D365 Marketing is desirable

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field, with 10+ years in cloud, IT consulting/support, systems administration, or related areas
