Job Title: Territory Champion

Achieve profitable volume growth and meet sales targets by working closely with various levels of management.

Act as a business advisor to wholesalers, providing insights on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Develop a deep understanding of the wholesalers' business model, company structure, and site-level economics.

Discuss the economic trade-offs of business decisions and leverage programs to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Ensure that wholesalers understand the importance of site staff in delivering customer commitments.

Analyse complex situations and problems requiring in-depth analytical, interpretive, and evaluative skills.

Liaise between internal support services and wholesalers to resolve operational excellence issues.

Provide input on market movement and recommend changes to stay competitive.

Conduct Market Opportunity Reports and identify new areas for development.
