The role involves supporting the Regional Manager and wider Business Development team, handling administrative tasks, updating the central CRM system, market research, client presentations, proposals, and sales-related materials.

• Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written) and Shahmukhi
• Minimum of 2 years in a customer service, technical support, or operational role within a software technology or textile/apparel-related industry
