Contact Center Agent

This full-time on-site role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and providing information about products and services. The Contact Center Agent will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and escalating issues to the appropriate department when needed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations. They will also possess good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and services to customers
  • Follow call center scripts when handling different types of calls
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate department when needed
  • Work well under pressure and handle stressful situations

Requirements:

  1. Experience in customer support and contact centers
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  3. Ability to work well in a team environment
  4. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
  5. High school diploma or equivalent required
