About the Job
As a Technical Product Specialist, you will partner with Datafeed Application Specialists, Product Development, and Sales Teams to provide quality technical assistance to Enterprise Data Delivery Solution customers. This includes environment sizing, product deployment, configuration, and performance tuning.

You will contribute meaningfully to customers, teams, and the company. As part of a high-expectation group focused on quality user experiences, you will make a significant impact by demonstrating your technical knowledge and skills. Your role is crucial as it links end-users with our Channels Data Delivery Products/Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a technical product specialist for Channels Data Delivery solutions, providing in-depth technical assistance to clients.
  • Deploy/Support Xpressfeed Loader application in client environments.
  • Assist in solution sizing, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge from content and delivery perspectives, supporting pre- and post-sales opportunities.
  • Introduce innovations and automation into technical support, building tools to troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
  • Research and stay updated on evolving product offerings.
  • Assess technical dynamics within client environments, recommend improvements.
  • Participate in product strategy, roadmaps, and user acceptance testing.
  • Manage client-side deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Represent customer feedback for product enhancements.

Requirements
We are looking for individuals with:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, quality, follow-through.
  • Experience in technical product support or sales.
  • Confidence in leading client-facing technical discussions.
  • Experience with software deployment and configuration.
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux OS.
  • SQL query skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, MS Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Solid understanding of AWS services like EC2, RDS/Aurora.
  • Deployment experience in AWS is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with ability to adapt to rapid technological changes.
