We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing our real estate portfolio, facilities, and asset maintenance. You'll oversee various aspects of our operations, including building maintenance, asset management, and contract negotiations.

As a Retail Estate and Facility Manager, you'll identify and assess potential sites for stores and warehouses, develop and implement strategies to optimize our facilities, and reduce costs. You'll also handle and maintain permits, licenses, and municipal approvals in the system, ensuring compliance with zoning, safety, and environmental regulations.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage real estate, facilities, asset maintenance, issue management, and performance KPIs for the local market.
  • Supervise contractors on budgets, specialties, and project execution; conduct site visits to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Plan and manage repair and maintenance schedules; maintain strong relationships with service providers to ensure cost-effective and prompt issue resolution.
  • Negotiate leases and contracts for cost-effectiveness and alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and execute preventive/corrective maintenance schedules for all facilities and equipment.
