Drive Revenue Growth as an Affiliate Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled Affiliate Manager to lead our affiliate programs and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing and be able to develop and execute effective affiliate strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement affiliate programs to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Create and distribute promotional materials, including promo codes and links.
- Provide ongoing support and training to affiliates to ensure their success.
- Nurture strong relationships with existing and potential affiliate partners.
- Manage social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and address affiliate inquiries promptly.
- Design and manage competitive structures that drive revenue growth.
- Ensure accurate and timely payments to affiliate partners.
- Prepare regular reports and insights for senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Prior experience in affiliate management is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
