AI-Powered Developer Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Learn: Assist in creating modern, scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core and Angular under senior guidance.
  • AI Integration: Explore and utilize AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, and Windsurf to write cleaner code and accelerate your development learning curve.
  • Support Architecture Design: Understand and participate in building n-layered applications with a modular structure.
  • Database Involvement: Gain practical exposure to Entity Framework and MSSQL for building and managing databases.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers and QA teams to implement project features and deliver solutions.
  • Code Quality & Review: Follow clean coding principles, participate in code reviews, and continuously improve.
  • Debug & Optimize: Learn to identify and fix bugs, and improve application performance.
  • Stay Updated: Keep learning new tools, frameworks, and industry trends especially in .NET, Angular, and AI in software development.

Requirements:

  • Education: BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline (Final year students may also apply).
  • Tech Stack Basics: Basic knowledge of ASP.NET Core, Angular, Entity Framework, MSSQL, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
  • AI Tools Familiarity (Preferred): Exposure to tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, or similar is beneficial.
  • Version Control: Understanding of Git for collaboration.
  • Mindset: Strong willingness to learn, explore AI-integrated development, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Soft Skills: Good communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
