About the Job
We are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on people strategies, fostering a collaborative culture, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on HR matters.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistency in HR practices.
- Drive organizational culture initiatives that promote inclusion, collaboration, and innovation.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational culture.
- Develop and execute workforce plans, identifying talent gaps and addressing them proactively.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Support leadership development initiatives to strengthen managerial capabilities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience working as an HRBP in the investment or financial services industry is highly desirable.
