Procurement Assistant Job Description

The Procurement Assistant will assist the Head of Department (HOD) in managing company purchase orders and delivery status.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be well-versed in English for effective communication.

Additionally, the Procurement Assistant will work closely with the Manager Procurement to ensure seamless execution of tasks.

Primary duties include:

  • Managing company purchase orders
  • Coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery
  • Negotiating prices and terms with suppliers
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Well-versed in English for effective communication
