Support Staff Needed:

We require a Support Staff member to assist with our financial operations. As a Financial Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Handle financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Verify and process supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery orders.
• Process staff expense claims and ensure timely reimbursements.
• Prepare tax invoices and manage back charges to subcontractors.
• Coordinate and support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• Ensure all documents are properly filed and maintained.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Finance or Admin team.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience in accounting; experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and good time management skills.
• Team player with a positive working attitude.
