Job Title: Customer Solutions Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pre-sales and sales, with a strong understanding of the Telecom and BFSI sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions for the Telecom and BFSI industries.
  • Assist in developing sales proposals and deliver technical presentations to clients.
  • Provide pre-sales support for customer queries, addressing technical concerns and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare product demonstrations and participate in client meetings to showcase our offerings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
  • Support the sales team in closing deals by offering technical insights and expertise.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and new technologies.
  • Assist in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and preparing technical documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales, or channel alliances.
  • Experience in the Telecom and BFSI sectors.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, technical product presentations, and customer requirements analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with clients effectively.
  • Must have own conveyance to visit sites, as travel within and outside the city is required.
