We are looking for a proactive and skilled Business Developer to join our team. Your primary focus will be on identifying and bidding for projects, while also supporting overall business growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and exploring new opportunities across various platforms.
Candidates must be results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently during the night shift. Key responsibilities include searching, identifying, and submitting tailored proposals for relevant projects, maintaining communication with prospective clients, and generating new business leads through online platforms, networking, and outreach.
Additional responsibilities include collaborating with design and management teams to understand services and client needs, preparing presentations and pitches to potential clients, tracking, analysing, and reporting on sales and bidding performance, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, and assisting in market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably including freelance platforms like Upwork. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to write clear, compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
A basic understanding of graphic design and digital services is a plus, and comfort working the night shift (6 PM to 3 AM) is required.

We offer a competitive salary range of PKR 50,000 – 80,000 based on experience.
