About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with a strong background in machine learning to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying machine learning models, particularly in computer vision and natural language processing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and fine-tuning large language models for specialized use cases, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to integrate ML models into real-world applications, and researching and implementing state-of-the-art techniques while staying ahead of emerging trends in ML and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, build, and deploy machine learning models in areas such as computer vision and NLP.
  2. Develop and fine-tune large language models for specialized use cases.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into real-world applications.
  4. Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques in ML and AI.
  5. Analyze and improve model performance through rigorous testing and evaluation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

">

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, a strong foundation in computer vision and NLP, experience working with large language models, and solid understanding of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.

They will also have experience deploying ML models in production environments, a proven track record of solving real-world business or technical problems using machine learning, and proficiency in Python and ML tooling.

Familiarity with optimizing ML models for mobile and edge devices is a strong plus.

Nice to have skills:

">

A strong plus if you have worked on deploying ML models on mobile platforms, exposure to MLOps pipelines and tools, contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs, and a Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
