Senior Frontend Developer

About the Role:

As a seasoned Senior Frontend Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user interface of our industry-leading platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative frontend solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your expertise in React and JavaScript to drive the development of elegant, maintainable code that adheres to best practices.
  • Collaborate with design, QA, and tech teams to ensure seamless SDLC from initial design to production issue resolution.
  • Pursue continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality and performance of our platform.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and provide guidance in pair-programming environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in JavaScript and frontend technologies.
  • Proven experience in React with at least 4 years in a production-level role.
  • Strong understanding of state management libraries like Redux.
  • Experience optimizing and profiling React applications for performance.
  • Familiarity with MVC frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of build tools such as Webpack and package management tools like Yarn and NPM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of Server Side Rendering with React is a plus.
