About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist with expertise in industrial engineering to ensure high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To guarantee timely completion of quality control processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Provide professional support to the team to implement, monitor, and maintain Quality Assurance procedures, ensuring seamless execution.
  3. Foster good and consistent quality assurance practices across the organization, promoting a culture of excellence.
  4. Document business processes within Quality Assurance & Quality Enhancement to provide business continuity, ensuring efficient operations.
  5. Ensure that the organization's quality assurance and quality enhancement processes are reviewed and updated periodically, maintaining a proactive approach.
  6. Inspect and test materials, equipment, and products to ensure quality specifications are met, upholding industry standards.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement controls and improvements, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience. A Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Candidates with experience in Quality Control in a reputable manufacturing environment will be given preference.
