About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Customer Service Inquiries: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure their satisfaction is met.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Communication Guidelines: Adhere to established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional Writing Skills: Possess excellent written communication skills and fluency in spoken English.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • International Customer Support Experience: Prior experience in international customer support or call centers is an advantage.

  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to meet customer expectations.
  • Customer Acquisition Skills: Develop strategies to acquire new customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction Management: Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.

  • Chat Support Skills: Provide efficient chat support to customers.
