Experienced UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of design, leading the charge in creating cutting-edge visual designs and optimizing user experiences.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop innovative visual designs that set industry trends and elevate digital presence.
  2. Lead design initiatives and campaigns, ensuring that all visual assets meet top-tier aesthetic standards.
  3. Drive interaction design to enhance user experiences across various platforms and devices.
  4. User Research & Strategy
  5. Inform and drive design strategy using user research, ensuring that user needs are at the core of every design decision.
  6. Pioneer new research methods to stay ahead of industry trends and gain deeper insights into user behavior.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into user-centered design solutions.
  8. Prototyping & Testing
  9. Develop and test prototypes that push boundaries of traditional design, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive and user-friendly.
  10. Master and lead usability testing sessions, utilizing new testing methodologies to derive actionable insights.
  11. Stay updated with latest prototyping tools and contribute to development of new testing techniques.
  12. Ensure intuitive structure and content organization across all platforms.
  13. Innovate new approaches to content presentation, making information more accessible and user-friendly.
  14. Ensure all designs promote accessibility and inclusivity, catering to diverse audience.
  15. Foster collaboration within the design team, inspiring innovation and ensuring smooth cross-functional teamwork.
  16. Lead and mentor junior designers, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  2. At least 3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design and development.
  3. A portfolio showcasing innovative design projects and strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  4. Excellent communication skills, with ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  6. Certifications in relevant design methodologies or tools are a plus.
  7. Previous experience in IT healthcare domain or related industries is preferred.
