Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to lead, motivate, and coach a team to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to work in a team environment, and strong communication and organizational skills.

The Team Lead will be responsible for conducting regular meetings, assisting in recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
