Project Lead

Your primary responsibility is to support senior management in the day-to-day management of projects and clients. You will be expected to work with both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and monitor project plans and schedules across multiple implementations.
  2. Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
  3. Communicate major milestones, priorities, bottlenecks, and problems affecting successful delivery.
  4. Prepare project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, change management, and client approval documents.
  5. Report on the overall health of the project and quality of service delivered to the client.
  6. Identify key risks to project delivery and develop practical risk mitigation plans.
  7. Create meeting agendas.
  8. Take and distribute meeting notes and action items.
  9. Oversee and manage all aspects of projects and timesheets.
  10. Manage project timelines, resources (technical and non-technical), tasks, risks, budget, and scope for internal projects.
  11. Resolve client issues, monitor and manage out-of-scope items, and report additional opportunities to sales.
  12. Monitor resource adherence to plans using resource tools and reports.
  13. Provide status updates and metrics to management, facilitate post-mortems, and compile lessons learned.
  14. Ensure project teams input hours, run weekly burn reports, and present reports to the account team or client partner.
Job Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; (preferably MS in Project Management) Qualifications.
