We're looking for a highly motivated and operationally strong individual to join our team as the Director of Sales and Revenue Operations. This role will play a critical part in driving impactful growth, agile strategies, and exceptional results at Assembly Talent.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, particularly for client-facing interactions.
  • Create client proposals, pitch decks, RFP responses, and other sales materials.
  • Manage relationships and coordination with outbound marketing partners.

In this role, you will also own the end-to-end sales process and funnel management—from lead intake to close. You will implement and optimize systems for lead tracking, CRM, and pipeline reporting, and collaborate with product and operations teams to align internal readiness with upcoming deals.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, sales enablement, or a similar role.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive projects to completion.
