Web Design and Development Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative web designer and developer who can work remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent time management skills, and the ability to develop innovative and captivating designs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the End-to-End Design Process: Oversee the entire design process for multiple projects, including books, card games, websites, posters, and other related products.
  2. Administrative Tasks: Carry out administrative duties as requested by senior management.
  3. Website Development: Create websites and add/edit features on existing websites using industry-standard software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  4. Content Writing Assistance: Assist in content writing where necessary.
  5. Initiative and Innovation: Show initiative through going above and beyond expectations.
  6. Creative Ideation: Generate fresh and innovative ideas to create unique and visually stunning products.
  7. Prototype Development: Develop prototypes, mock-ups, and samples to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for storytelling and an understanding of how visual elements enhance the overall narrative. They will also be up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and audience preferences.
