Backend Software Developer

We are seeking an experienced Backend Software Developer to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience with Laravel framework and MySQL database management. They will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing backend systems, improving API performance, and adding new features while ensuring smooth integration with third-party services and cloud deployments.

  • Maintain and enhance backend API endpoints for seamless functionality.
  • Manage core business logic including orders, users, payments, and notification systems.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code along with efficient database schemas.
  • Integrate third-party services such as SMS gateways, push notifications, and CRMs.
  • Monitor backend performance and optimize API response times.
  • Handle queue jobs and background processing efficiently.
  • Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms like AWS or DigitalOcean.
  • Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams to ensure smooth API integration.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git and Laravel Horizon.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the field
  • Laravel and PHP certifications are a plus.
  • AWS or cloud platform certifications are advantageous.
