About the Job

We are looking for a talented Finance Analyst to join our team based in Central London. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing financial data and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decisions. Collaborating across departments, you will help shape budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, contributing directly to our success in an ever-evolving market.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and trend evaluation, to support business performance.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and strategic financial plans.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and property sector developments to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making on investment opportunities and resource allocation.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of financial systems, processes, and controls, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualification.
  • Experience as a Finance Analyst within the real estate or a similar environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate financial reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment effectively.
