About Video Content Specialist

We seek a skilled professional to join our marketing team as a Video Content Specialist. This remote position is ideal for an experienced creator with technical expertise to deliver bold results.

You'll create high-impact video ads and branded content for Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and our website.

You will have the creative freedom to push our brand forward with content that sets us apart.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create professional video content for advertising campaigns, social platforms, and website use.
  • Develop advanced motion graphics, including titles, lower thirds, animated logos, branded transitions, and special effects.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate ideas into visually compelling stories.
  • Manage post-production workflow, from rough cut to final export, ensuring quality standards.
  • Stay ahead of video trends, techniques, and platform requirements.
  • Optimize video assets for different formats and aspect ratios across all platforms.
  • Maintain organized project files, follow branding guidelines, and ensure consistency across all content.
  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, new video series, and content innovations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics design.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or similar NLE and animation tools).
  • Strong portfolio of short-form ads, social videos, and branded motion graphics.
  • Deep understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and digital video best practices.
  • Experience editing and delivering video content for paid ads and organic posts on Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and web.
  • Proficient in color grading, audio mixing, and optimizing for multiple formats.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for testing new styles, effects, and creative approaches.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working remotely and using project management/collaboration tools.
