Job Title: Salon Ambassador

This role combines customer-facing skills with digital marketing expertise to drive bookings and sales for our salon. As the primary point of contact, you will engage with clients via various online platforms, manage their inquiries, and provide personalized service recommendations.

• Client Engagement & Support: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
• Sales & Upselling: Promote our services and products through social media, email marketing, and other digital channels to increase bookings and sales.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of client profiles, bookings, and sales using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
• Operational Coordination: Ensure seamless communication between clients and therapists to facilitate smooth appointment logistics.

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or front desk operations (preferably in the beauty/wellness industry).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
• Comfortable working remotely with self-discipline and strong time management.
