Job Description

The Regional Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of franchisees within their assigned region, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to established procedures. This role requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on operational management, client relations, new business development, performance monitoring, process improvement, compliance, crisis management, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of franchisees to guarantee smooth functioning and adherence to SOPs.
  • Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for effective communication and issue resolution.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the regional footprint, including onboarding new franchisees and corporate clients.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess the performance of franchisees against critical operational and financial metrics.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in operational workflows and implement changes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Compliance: Ensure the implementation and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
  • Crisis Management: Proactively address operational challenges and develop swift solutions to minimize disruptions and ensure continuity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the field team and internal departments to align with business goals and strategies.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field from a recognized university.
  • A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field.
Additional Information
  1. The selected candidate will be hired for an initial contract period of 5 years, extendable if required.
