Sales and Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as hands-on experience in making professional presentations and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients.
  • Providing prompt responses to client queries or complaints.
  • Following up with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Communicating with clients via various channels.
  • Conducting research for proposals.
  • Making presentations to potential clients.
  • Providing clients with relevant information on our services.

Job Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Hands-on experience in making professional presentations and proposals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Development role.
