Administrative Assistant

Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to fill various positions at our institution. The roles require strong administrative, technical, and interpersonal skills.

The positions available include:

Assistant (BPS-16)

One position is available for an Assistant with a Master's degree or BS in any discipline from a recognized university. Five years of post-qualification experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Computer Operator (BPS-15)

Two positions are available for Computer Operators with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university. Three months of computer training or a diploma in MS Office from a recognized institute is required. Typing speed of 40 words per minute in English is also necessary.

Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

Two positions are available for Junior Clerks with Higher Secondary School Certificate from a recognized board. Typing speed of 25 words per minute in English and proficiency in MS Office are required.

Cook (BPS-05)

One position is available for a Cook with Secondary School Certificate or equivalent qualification from a recognized board. Hifz-e-Quran with Tajweed from a recognized madrassa and proficiency in Qirat are also required.

Driver (HTV) (BPS-04)

One position is available for a Driver with Middle-level education. A valid light/heavy transport vehicle license and public service vehicle driving license are required. Five years of post-qualification driving experience are also necessary.

Driver (LTV) (BPS-04)

One position is available for a Driver with Secondary School Certificate or equivalent qualification from a recognized board. A valid motorcycle driving license is required.

Helper (Various Positions) (BPS-01 to BPS-04)

Literate candidates are eligible for the Helper positions.

Other Positions

• Chipatch Ridar (BPS-04)
• Bus Conductor (BPS-01)

Applicants must possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. They should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Requirements

• Applicants must bring two copies of their CV, original and attested photocopies of academic transcripts/experience certificates, and two recent passport-sized photographs.
• Punjab domiciled candidates are eligible.
• Candidates providing fake documents or false information will be disqualified at any stage.
