Job Title: Information Security Manager

Job Summary:

Khushhali Microfinance Bank Limited seeks a seasoned professional to develop and implement information security policies and manuals.

  • 16 years of education in Computer Science with specialization in information security or equivalent from an HEC-recognized or foreign university.
  • ISO 27001 LI, CISSP, or CISM Security certifications are highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing I&IT security in a banking environment is essential.
  • Experience with Temenos T24 is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement information security policies and manuals, review and enhance existing policies, identify gaps, and provide recommendations.
  • Support IT and business units by recommending and implementing security controls and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to implement technical security controls.
  • Monitor security logs, respond to threats, and ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Support incident resolution and security risk management activities.

Requirements:

  • This is a full-time position based at our Corporate Office in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring security logs, responding to threats, and ensuring compliance with security policies.
