E-Com Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-Com Specialist to manage our Amazon Business account.

Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Manage and optimize our Amazon Business account, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and procedures.
  2. Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand visibility.
  3. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
  5. Communication: Communicate effectively with Amazon representatives, resolving issues and escalating concerns as needed.
  6. Staying Up-to-Date: Stay up-to-date with Amazon's evolving policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Business accounts or similar e-commerce platforms.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  4. Independence: Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Understanding: Strong understanding of Amazon's policies, procedures, and best practices.
  6. Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
