Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper and Financial Coordinator to join our team on a remote basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing financial reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial management principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial data entry, including purchases, sales, and expenses
  • Reconcile vendor, customer, and bank accounts
  • Prepare financial reports and tax documents
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement

This role offers a flexible working arrangement, with an average of 4 hours per day. A competitive salary is offered based on experience.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position at a company level
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
