Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

  • We are looking for a skilled customer service representative to join our team.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Make follow-up calls to customers at specified dates and times.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Handle a large number of outbound and inbound calls.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries or issues and provide feedback to relevant teams to improve products, services, or processes.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new systems.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.

Working Conditions:

  • Work from office.
  • Shift time: UK timings preferably 12:00 p.m. – 09:00 p.m. / 01:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. / 02:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. PST.
