Customer Experience Representative
Job DescriptionAs a key member of our support team, you will act as a liaison between customers and clients. Your primary goal will be to provide assistance with questions, issues, new orders, service delivery requirements, billing, and other customer queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
- Collaborate with customers to build relationships and strengthen service competitiveness.
- Communicate timely updates to customers and track and resolve any issues regarding the service.
- Contribute to customer development roles.
- Ensure a positive Customer Experience leading to good Quality Assurance Scores.
We are looking for a skilled candidate who possesses excellent communication skills and is proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel. The ideal candidate should also have emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and self-motivation.
Qualifications:
- O Levels or higher qualification.
- Age 18-45.
- Excellent English command with American or Neutral accent.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a customer-centric attitude.
The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and be proficient in using computer systems and software.
