Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Education Director to lead our secondary school. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our students receive a world-class education, with a focus on academic excellence and character development.

Key Accountabilities

  • Leading the development of a school improvement plan based on need analysis and ensuring its implementation.
  • Recruiting quality teachers by ensuring the implementation of the Teacher Selection process.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with the community and creating awareness regarding education for both male and female children.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (BSc, B.A., B.Com., BPA)
  • Preferable Qualification: Professional Degree (B-Ed/M-Ed)
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience OR 1+ years of experience as a Senior Teacher/Vice Principal/Principal OR 1+ years of experience in non-school management.
  • Demonstrated achievement and leadership skills through academic, co-curricular, volunteer or professional activities.
