Job Title: Sales Training and Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Training and Development Manager. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for individuals with a proven track record of coaching and training others in the sales industry.

About the Role

This role involves preparing new sales representatives by conducting orientation sessions, developing individual coaching plans, providing resources and assistance, and scheduling drive-alongs with senior representatives.

The successful candidate will also conduct regular exercise sessions for new and current sales employees to improve their skills and performance.

In addition, the Sales Training and Development Manager will be responsible for locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners and exploring opportunities.

The role requires analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials to screen potential business deals.

Furthermore, the Sales Training and Development Manager will observe sales encounters and collect feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.

They will also coordinate with other sales trainers and sales managers to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.

The successful candidate will structure training plans to meet financial objectives and achieve sales targets.

Finally, they will hire and onboard new sales trainees to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

Requirements
  1. Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  2. Experience: Have at least 4 years of experience as a sales coach, training specialist, or in a similar position.
  3. Performance Measurement: Be able to measure performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Team Building: Have experience with building and developing teams.
  5. Coaching Skills: Possess outstanding coaching skills and ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  6. Computer Science Background: A background in Computer Sciences or a related field is a plus.
  7. High Energy Level: Demonstrate a high energy level with strong motivation for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  8. Complex Environment Navigation: Be able to understand and navigate through complex political environments.
  9. Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  10. Financial Analysis: Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
  11. Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  12. Crm Experience: Experience/Knowledge of Hubspot CRM is a plus.
