Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Project Coordinator, with a focus on communications management. This person will be responsible for overseeing various projects and initiatives related to communication strategies within the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports from the digital marketing department.
  2. Provide reporting dashboards to management on a regular basis.
  3. Keep track of all projects, tasks, and timelines of the digital marketing department.
  4. Coordinate meetings between management and the digital department.
  5. Create meeting agendas, record minutes, and provide action items.
  6. Ensure action items are tracked and progress is monitored.
  7. Trigger issues and inactivity in the digital department when necessary.
  8. Coordinate with consultants and organize audits.
  9. Present findings to management.
  10. Keep track of targets and report progress to management.
  11. Provide support to senior management by preparing reports and presentations as needed.
  12. Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
