Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee our technology projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing technology projects, preferably in IoT, API integrations, or financial software.
  • You will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Strong knowledge of software development processes and methodologies is essential, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Execution:
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring project objectives are achieved on schedule and within budget.
  • Continuously monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with teams working with various technologies, including Flutter for frontend, SQL/PostgreSQL for databases, Java/JavaScript/Python for backend.
  • Identify and recruit key talent needed for the project, ensuring the right skills and experience are in place to meet the technical and business requirements.
Solution Development:
  • Oversee the integration of IoT devices, POS systems, and accounting software for tax filing automation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including small businesses, accounting professionals (CPAs), and technical teams, to ensure that all components of the solution function seamlessly.
  • Ensure the technical architecture of the project is scalable, secure, and easy to maintain.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, roadblocks, and key developments.
  • Ensure client and stakeholder expectations are managed effectively, and gather feedback to refine and improve the product.
Quality and Risk Management:
  • Ensure the quality of the final product by overseeing the testing and QA process.
  • Proactively manage risks, resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
