Project Overview:

We are embarking on an exciting project to implement and optimize our finance systems using Oracle Fusion Financials. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in leading this initiative, ensuring timely, in-scope, and quality delivery.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance, collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Design and configure finance systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to end-users, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance end-user knowledge and skills.
  • Monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending enhancements or custom solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle quarterly updates and system refreshes, ensuring timely testing and deployment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in finance systems implementation/support, with 8+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership, with a focus on finance systems and project coordination.
  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle ERP and EPM modules, including AP, AR, GL, FA, Expenses, and Cash Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline, with a focus on finance, accounting, or business administration.
