Junior C# Developer Job Description

  • We are looking for a junior developer to join our team and assist in the development and maintenance of web applications using .NET MVC, .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.

The ideal candidate will have 1-1.5 years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET MVC and .NET Core, as well as strong knowledge of C# and ASP.NET framework.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Participating in the entire software development process, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.
  • Developing and maintaining web applications using .NET MVC, .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
  • Collaborating with the team to implement user interface designs and integrate with server-side logic and functionality.
  • Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Assisting in maintaining code quality, organization, and automatization.
  • Providing support and continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-1.5 years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET MVC and .NET Core.
  • Strong knowledge of C# and ASP.NET framework.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server and database design principles.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
  • Experience with version control tools like GIT.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with Entity Framework and LINQ.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
