Editorial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Managing Editor to play a critical role in our publication process. As an Editorial Director, you will work with us for at least three years, overseeing the entire publication process from manuscript administration to quality control.

ESci Journals Publishing is committed to delivering high-quality publications in the field of Environmental Sciences. Our goal is to provide accurate and reliable information to our readers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing manuscript administration and quality control to ensure usability. This includes verifying the completeness of metadata and e-files for submitted and revised manuscripts, providing access to editors and/or reviewers, assessing the usability and completeness of accepted manuscripts, making them available to authors, prioritizing manuscript handling according to service level agreements set per journal, maintaining online records of individuals, conducting keyword searches using search engines and recording keywords and results, and communicating queries from authors and editors to relevant parties.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong customer focus, driving execution, and excellent written English skills. Additionally, you must be proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Internet Browsing) and have strong teamwork skills.
