Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Review and Analyze Financial Reports: Review and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop Financial Strategies: Develop financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage Cash Flow: Monitor and manage cash flow effectively.
  • Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial matters.
  • Perform Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Implement Financial Policies: Implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable: Manage accounts receivable and payable effectively.

Requirements:

  • Preferably MBA (Finance)/ACCA (Part-Qualified) and Related Academics: Possess a degree in finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 Years of Relevant Experience: Have at least 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with Taxation-Related Matters: Familiarity with corporate tax, withholding tax, sales tax, and income tax.
  • Experience in Petty Cash Handling: Experience in handling petty cash and verifying vouchers.
  • Monthly/Biweekly Invoicing: Experience in preparing and submitting monthly/biweekly invoices.
  • Coordination with Tax Advisors: Coordinate with tax advisors for compliance with tax notices.
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable Management: Manage accounts receivable and payable.
  • Treasury Management SECP Compliance: Ensure compliance with treasury management regulations.
  • Knowledge of ERPs: Knowledge of Quickbooks, Oracle, SAP, or similar ERPs will be a plus.
