Bookkeeper Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Maintain accurate financial records, prepare financial reports and statements, reconcile bank statements, and record transactions accurately.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including forecasting and budgeting processes.
Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of specific bookkeeping experience is required. Proficiency in Dext and Xero software is also necessary.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
  • A background in ecommerce is highly desirable, as well as experience with auditing and double-checking work.
