Responsibilities:

  1. Work in all phases of the life cycle including installation, upgrade, integration, and maintenance.
  2. Coordinate ECW Integration and configuration changes within approved change windows.
  3. Report and agree impacts due to forecasted periodic maintenance with customers.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Software Engineering or similar, with at least 2 years of experience in operations.
  2. Solid Linux/Unix handling knowledge.
  3. Scripting skills (e.g. Python, Ansible).
  4. At least 2+ Years of Experience in container technologies (e.g. Docker/Kubernetes).
  5. Knowledge of Prometheus, OpenSearch, and Grafana is beneficial.
