Senior Software Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Development Lead to spearhead the delivery of high-performance agile solutions that drive exceptional business value.

  1. This role involves leading large, complex enterprise-level projects comprising multiple Agile teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the scope of the Agile teams.

  2. The successful candidate will play a consultative role in implementing the appropriate people, processes, and tools, and coach team members as needed to optimize efficiency.

  3. This position requires developing a project management approach suitable for planning and managing efforts to achieve project goals within designated constraints.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  1. Expert knowledge of Agile and traditional project management principles and practices, with the ability to blend them together.

  2. A proven track record of implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies.

  3. Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies on enterprise-level application development projects.

  4. Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Personnel.

  5. Balanced business and technical background.

  6. Sufficient technical background to provide highly-credible leadership and evaluate complex project risks and issues.

  1. Strong interpersonal skills, including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.

  2. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands.

  3. Proven ability to lead software development projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met.

  4. Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools.
