Project Manager Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our project delivery teams. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget while meeting the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective project management plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Microsoft Power Platform projects.
    • Expertise in Azure Boards and Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
    • Familiarity with Azure Cloud services, Microsoft Dataverse, Data migrations, Security, Compliance, and GDPR.
  • Project Management Skills:
    • Proven track record of managing end-to-end technical projects (specifically Microsoft technology projects).
    • Strong leadership and communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
    • Experience in resource planning, task prioritization, and risk management.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptionally good English communication skills.
    • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and focus on process improvement.
    • Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate technical details to non-technical audiences.
